I've been making a lot of nature inspired rings lately and I wanted to show my latest custom order engagement ring. The ring is hand-carved from Precious Metal
Clay Sterling 960, tree bark textured, polished and in the middle I've set a genuine Garnet gemstone. The ring was inspired by my Frost ring so I photographed them together to show you the likeness and the difference :)

Frost Ring - Tree Bark Ring handcarved textured sterling silver 960 and Cubic zirconia. Handmade metal clay jewelry by Arctida.
It is winter already in Northern Sweden, so its not surprisingly that my latest inspiration comes from frost covered tree branches. This time I've chosen to add a bit of bling bling, a round brilliant-cut Cubic zirconia that sparkles the same way frost does when the light hits it just right :) The ring is hand-carved from Precious Metal
Clay Sterling 960.

Electra - Gemstone hoops. Rock Crystal Clear Quartz hoop earrings in oxidized sterling silver. Handmade jewelry by Arctida.
It's been 3 years since I've made my second DIY jewelry tutorial. Over these past 3 years I've made several different variations of gemstone hoops with different metals and gemstones. So here is the latest variation, this time with Rock Crystal Clear Quartz hoop earrings and oxidized sterling silver. Inspired by winter, ice and frost...
Do you want to make a pair of hoops like this your self? Here is my tutorial for Ruffled Hoops earrings!

Gelida - Mint necklace mint Agate mint Fluorite blue Chalcedony Rock Crystal Clear Quartz sterling silver necklace. Handmade jewelry by Arctida.
As some of you may know I was born and lived for the first years of my life far far up North, hence my artisan name is Arctida :) Consequentially I love almost everything about winter. So here comes another gemstone cluster necklace, this time inspired by winter, frost and ice. Gelida - mint green Agate slice, sea foam mint Fluorite, aqua blue Chalcedony and Rock Crystal Clear Quartz briolettes wire wrapped in sterling silver.
