The spring is only one month away and so is the start of the wedding season. I wanted to show you my latest custom order for a bride-to-be. She wanted a pair of earnings with classic white pearls but also lots of pink color mixed into design... So here is the result: Pearl earrings with white Keshi pearls, white coin pearls, different shade of pink freshwater pearls and Rose Quartz briolettes in Argentium sterling silver.

The spring is here and so the wedding season has begun :) One of the latest addition to my solid gold jewelry *Luxury collection* are Aquamarine and Sky Blue Topaz earrings in 14K solid gold have become very popular with brides-to-be! Apparently they are perfect *something blue* item. We don't have this tradition here in Sweden so I can't really be a good judge of that but as long as my customers are happy so am I :)

The Spring is here and so are all the greens around us :) Did I tell ya that green is my most favorite color in the world, so you can imagine how happy I get when everything around me is green... Anyway I realized that I forgot to blog about one of my pretties and as it happens it is emerald green :)

So here is one of my custom orders, an interpretation of my previous design - necklace *Adeola*. The new *Adeola* was created with green Quartz briolette and emerald green Agate rondelles wire wrapped in 14K gold filled.

It has been a while since I wrote anything on my blog. I’ve got a new job in August and it has taken me some time to adjust to my new everyday schedule. But Christmas is approaching so it is time to list all my new creations :)

The first one is a part of my Solid gold jewelry *Luxury collection* 14K solid gold earrings with Rock Crystal Clear Quartz gemstones. The pretty Crystal Clear Quartz briolettes look like tiny pieces of ice and they give tons of bling bling when the light hits them. Perhaps something for a winter bride? :)

Yes, the spring has finally arrived to Stockholm as well! and to celebrate all those wonderful greens what we all have been waiting for so long, here is my new green necklace. I used different shades of yellows and greens, ranging from pale lemon yellow to rich emerald green. The gems that I used are: Emerald green Quartz, green Agate, Peridot, Citrine and Labradorite all wire wrapped in 14K gold filled.

One of my most favorite semiprecious gemstones to work with and to wear is Golden Rutilated Quartz. It looks like a frozen drop of water with small bars of embedded gold. And when the light hits it just right all that gold explodes with tons of sparkles! I purchase a lot of Golden Rutilated Quartz briolettes and off course the best and most unusual briolettes that I get in my gemstone shipments I use for solid gold jewelry in my Luxury collection. Amethyst necklace wire wrapped in sterling silver - purple gemstone flower. Handmade amethyst jewelry by Arctida.

It's been a while since I've made any gemstone flower jewelry (some examples of my previous Gemstone Flowers) so this time I made an Amethyst flower for those of you who love purple :) The flower is composed of gorgeous African Amethyst wire wrapped in sterling silver. Just in time for spring, don't ya think :)

So the final month of the winter is here. It is cold, snowy and icy outside and as I probably mentioned before I do tend to get my inspiration by present season, like most other artist I guess :) So what can all that shimmering snow and sparkly ice inspire you say, well bridal jewelry off course! :)

So here are my latest bridal earrings featuring Rock Crystal Clear Quartz and white Keshi pearls in sterling silver. The tiny shiny balls inside the Keishi pearls are handmade by me of Argentium sterling silver.

Oh and another thing, I have finally gathered some courage and modeled my own jewelry for the first time :) The model on the last picture here is me! What do you think?

Alanna - Emerald jewelry. Emerald and Golden Rutilated Quartz earrings wire wrapped in 14K gold filled. Handmade jewelry by Arctida

As I mentioned in one of my latest post, the cold and Autumnal colors are dominating now outside, after all I do live in Northern Europe :) So in order to remember the warmth of the summer and the pretty greens, here is another pair of pretty jewelry in bright emerald green and golden yellows. And this time I used genuine Emerald rondelles and sparkling Golden Rutilated Quartz briolettes. I love how tiny needles of gold inside of the Quartz glitters when hit by light, it surely reminds me of sun, heat and summer :)

Oh! and apparently this is my 100th post on this blog. I guess I should celebrate or something... :)
